GF Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 C GF Bisquick
  • 1/8 C Coconut Oil – melted
  • ½ C Sugar
  • 3 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ½ C + 2 TBS Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In greased 8X8 pan, mix ingredients.
  2. In separate bowl, mix 1/3 C Unsweetened Cocoa Powder with ½ C Sugar. Sprinkle evenly on top of batter. Gently pour 1 2/3 cup boiling water over top.
  3. Bake 40 minutes, let cool 30 or so. If desired, add dollop of real whipped cream.
