Campbell’s – For the WIN

One of the hardest things about going gluten free, was giving up some of my favorite foods; specifically the ones that included condensed soups. Most all of the popular cream-of-whatever soups contained wheat flour as a thickener. Sure, you can find gluten free cream-of-mushroom soup. But it is either really watery or doesn’t taste good. And trying to make your favorite recipes with it is disappointing at best.
