Overnight Baked Oatmeal with Fruit is an easy and flavorful dish that is great any time of the day. You can use any fruit that you like, and it's great served with a little cream.

In a large bowl, combine the milk, sugar, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and oatmeal. Mix well. Fold in the fruit. Spread mixture into a greased 9 inch square baking pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight or a least a few hours. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm.
